Five Years On and Still Supporting Comic Relief!
On Friday 16 March, 135 staff, friends and family gathered together in the Serco's Laburnum House Call Centre, Birmingham, for The Big One! Nicola Rooke has now run the Call Centre 5 times in support of Red Nose Day and Sport Relief. This year the team handled 4,549 telephone calls and collected donations of £144,301.90
Not satisfied with just donating time, the volunteers also raised £520 on the night through a raffle and buying photographs of themselves!
